      <title>Accessing Available Searches</title>

            &lt;td class="bodytext"&gt;To locate records and documents in the ViewCenter&amp;reg;, use a search (a set of criteria connected to the records and documents in a collection). To access the searches that are available to you (based on your role and the permissions set for you by your administrator), do one of the following:&lt;br /&gt;
            &lt;ol&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;Log in to the ViewCenter&amp;reg;. If only one search is available to you, that search screen opens when you log in. If there are multiple searches available to you, a drop-down Available Searches menu appears:&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Logging In</title>

            &lt;td class="bodytext"&gt;To log into the ViewCenter&amp;reg;:&lt;br /&gt;
            &lt;ol&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;Open Internet Explorer (IE) and type in the URL for your ViewCenter&amp;reg; in the address box. The ViewCenter&amp;reg; User Log In screen will appear:&lt;br /&gt;
                &lt;img alt="" style="border: 0px solid;" src="file:///J:/ViewCenter%20Knowledge%20Base/images/login1.jpeg" /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;Enter your user ID and password in the corresponding boxes on the User Log In screen. The user ID and password are case sensitive. On your first log in, the user ID and password assigned by your administrator are the same. You may be prompted to change your password.
                &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
                &lt;/li&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;Click the &amp;ldquo;Log In&amp;rdquo; button. You are now logged in to ViewCenter&amp;reg;.
                &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;NOTE:&lt;/b&gt; For security purposes, your ViewCenter&amp;reg; session times out if inactive for a period of time that was designated at the time of installation. If this occurs, the User Log In screen appears (for instance after you attempt to perform a function within the ViewCenter&amp;reg;) and you will need to log in again. &lt;/p&gt;

            &lt;td class="bodytext"&gt;You may be able to manually reset your password through the ViewCenter&amp;reg;, according to the way your ViewCenter&amp;reg; has been customized. If you cannot manually reset your password, contact your administrator.
            &lt;p&gt;To reset your password through the ViewCenter&amp;reg;: &lt;/p&gt;
            &lt;ol&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;Open Internet Explorer (IE) and type in the URL for your ViewCenter&amp;reg; in the address box. The ViewCenter&amp;reg; User Log In screen will appear.&lt;br /&gt;

                &lt;li&gt;On the Send Change Password Email to User screen, enter your User ID.&lt;br /&gt;

                &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

                &lt;li&gt;Click the &amp;ldquo;Send Email&amp;rdquo; button. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your ViewCenter&amp;reg; account. After opening the email message, click the hyperlink within the message body.
                &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
                &lt;/li&gt;
                &lt;li&gt;On the Set New Password screen, type your new password. Your password may be alpha characters only, numbers only, or a combination of both. The structure of your password must adhere to your organization&amp;rsquo;s standards as configured by your administrator.&lt;br /&gt;
