Logging In

 
To log into the ViewCenter®:
  1. Open Internet Explorer (IE) and type in the URL for your ViewCenter® in the address box. The ViewCenter® User Log In screen will appear:
  2. Enter your user ID and password in the corresponding boxes on the User Log In screen. The user ID and password are case sensitive. On your first log in, the user ID and password assigned by your administrator are the same. You may be prompted to change your password.

     

  3. Click the “Log In” button. You are now logged in to ViewCenter®.

    NOTE: For security purposes, your ViewCenter® session times out if inactive for a period of time that was designated at the time of installation. If this occurs, the User Log In screen appears (for instance after you attempt to perform a function within the ViewCenter®) and you will need to log in again.
