Resetting Your Password

 

You may be able to manually reset your password through the ViewCenter®, according to the way your ViewCenter® has been customized. If you cannot manually reset your password, contact your administrator.

To reset your password through the ViewCenter®:

  1. Open Internet Explorer (IE) and type in the URL for your ViewCenter® in the address box. The ViewCenter® User Log In screen will appear.

     

  2. Click the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink.

     

  3. On the Send Change Password Email to User screen, enter your User ID.

     

  4. Click the “Send Email” button. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your ViewCenter® account. After opening the email message, click the hyperlink within the message body.

     

  5. On the Set New Password screen, type your new password. Your password may be alpha characters only, numbers only, or a combination of both. The structure of your password must adhere to your organization’s standards as configured by your administrator.

     

  6. Enter your new password for confirmation.

     

  7. Click the “Set” button.
